Guest Services Manager Salon and Spa
Well established, high energy Salon and Spa, in business for nearly 30 years, seeks just the right professional to join the Team! This position is a full-time, salary+, Guest Services (Front End) Manager opportunity, reporting directly to the CEO / Owner and Salon Manager.
Position Location: Sarasota, Florida
Fast paced environment requires a results driven, highly responsible person who takes ownership of their work at all times. The Guest Services Manager is responsible for a team of approximately 6 including scheduling and responsibility delegation.

Guest Services Manager - Candidate MUST possess the following:
- Team management of at least 2 other employees is REQUIRED, should include scheduling and involvement in the hiring and firing process (even if not directly making the decision)
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, or other heavily customer facing environment is REQUIRED.
- Strong interpersonal skills Customer Service, working well with other Team members, etc.
- A desire to learn and grow
- A positive attitude
Activities Include:
- Management of Team Members (scheduling, training, delegating responsibilities, etc.)
- Interaction with clients leading by example by providing exceptional customer service, efficient and strong sales results, and maintaining excellent working relationships with Salon and Spa staff from every department.
- Exercising a STRONG sense of awareness taking in the activities of a broad range of people (including Clients, other Team Members as well as Salon Staff) and acting efficiently to create an experience of excellence in all areas.
Additional Skills Desired:
- Experience in a Salon and/or Spa environment a plus
- Experience with Commissioned Sales a plus
- Experience with Retail POS systems a plus
