SALES ASSISTANT / TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Immediate need for SALES ASSISTANT / TRANSACTION COORDINATOR to join top producing team. Prefer someone with a Real Estate License and MUST have experience in real estate transactions.
Ideal person is a take charge type of person, very organized, familiar with the contract to closing process, works well in a team environment and very tech savvy. The primary duties will be contract to closing transaction management, listing input in mls, assisting team leader and sales staff, social media posting, contract preparation and sometimes visiting properties.
