About the Role:
As a Moving Sales Agent, you'll play a crucial role in connecting customers with our vast network of carriers. You'll be the customers' guide, helping them navigate their moving journey with ease and assurance; collecting the details of their move and ensuring its relayed to our fulfillment team.
What We're Looking For:
️ Sales Experience: We’re seeking individuals who have experience in sales, ideally within the moving industry, logistics, or a similar field.
️ Customer Centric: Our ideal candidates are customer-oriented. They understand the needs and concerns of our clients, and are capable of delivering service that goes beyond their expectations.
️ Effective Communicators: Being able to clearly communicate with clients, carriers, and team members is a critical aspect of this job. You should be comfortable on the phone and capable of explaining complex processes in an easy-to-understand manner.
️ Problem Solving Skills: Unexpected issues can arise during a move. We need individuals who are quick on their feet and are adept at finding solutions that serve both the customer and the company.
️ Goal-Driven: Our sales agents need to be ambitious and results-focused. This position offers a competitive commission structure and rewards high performance.
Our agents are making $1500-$5000 a week.
