Senior Technical Writer

Job DescriptionOur client is searching for a Senior Technical Writer who will work with subject-matter experts, project managers, technical writers, and customer liaisons to plan, develop, write, and edit the following; technical documentation, presentations, animations, web graphics, customer-facing videos, and internal communications.This individual will build learning content, in support of both the Technical Documentation and Training departments. Conduct interviews and demonstrations to gather required information or procedures. Utilize the defined department review process to produce and maintain high quality, accurate documents/multimedia for customers following the Technical Documentation Style Guides.This individual will interact with business and technical teams across SG, as well as directly with customers.
