Title: Property Manager Needed for Commercial Site Oversight in Atlanta (30318)

We are seeking a diligent Property Manager / Operations Assistant to oversee cleanup and maintenance of a commercial property located on the west side of Atlanta, near Topgolf. This position requires flexibility in hours and a proactive approach to property management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cleanup and rejuvenation of a vacant commercial property.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and excavation work related to a sinkhole.
- Meet contractors on-site to ensure work is completed to standard.
- Assist in welcoming and possibly onboarding new tenants.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 2-6 hours some weeks, with minimal hours in others.
- Must be available on-call to meet on-site as needed.
- Experience in property management preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
