Qualifications
Proven experience as a Pipelayer or similar role in the construction industry
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery for excavation and pipe installation
Knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and installation techniques

Responsibilities
As a Pipelayer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing underground pipelines for various construction projects
Install and repair underground pipelines according to project specifications
Lay pipes into trenches according to blueprints and construction plans
Ensure proper alignment, grade, and positioning of pipes to facilitate the flow of fluids without leakage or blockage
Connect pipes using appropriate fittings and techniques, such as welding, gluing, or sealing with compression fittings
Ensure tight and secure joints to prevent leaks
Coordinate with other construction team members, including supervisors, engineers, and equipment operators, to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site-specific safety protocols
Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
Precision in measuring, cutting, and aligning pipes to ensure accurate installation and prevent leaks or structural issues
Collaboration with coworkers to accomplish tasks efficiently and safely
