You enjoy playing a central role in the overall team’s success through your delivery of administrative support and customer care. You are highly organized and have a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality and positive attitude in everything you do. As an Administrative Assistant, you are a foundational part of our property management team. You bring a customer service-based approach and thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment. From drafting memos and preparing reports, maintaining files, tracking deadlines and appointments, to answering calls and fostering positive communication with tenants and vendors, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact.

What you bring:

Two or more years' of administrative support experience in commercial real estate or related professional field

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Strong problem-solving skills

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills

Strong communication skills; must be articulate and able to produce well written correspondence

Self-motivated with positive mindset and “can do” attitude

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects under strict time constraints

Reliable attendance is required

Bonus skills and experience:

Commercial real estate office experience

Proven ability to learn new software programs quickly

What success looks like:

You develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors and contractors.

You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.

You proactively execute administrative tasks and operational detail, including data management, drafting reports and correspondence, managing service requests, processing invoices and tracking compliance requirements.

You effectively support the property team in meeting regular reporting and special project deadlines.
