IN OFFICE POSITION ONLY - not remote
Responsibilities:
Hours: Monday through Friday: 9-5pm
Communication with buyers, sellers, buyer agents, and title companies.
Keeping track of inspection periods, and closing dates.
Keeping track of walk throughs
Assessing title issues and trying to resolve them
Requirements:
Must be quick on their feet with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Must have good computer skills
Exceptional in long term relationship building
Results/goals orientated
Good communication skills
We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time transaction coordinator.
Experience is key as we are looking for someone who can take role immediately and requires minimal training.
Experience working for a title company or title insurance company is ideal.
Ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on the investment side of the business.
Compensation:
$3,000/monthly plus commission. Position can earn well over $50,000 a year.
Everyone is a 1099 contractor
Position available ASAP. Experience preferred but training is available.
