Job Description SummaryThe Material Handler executes the receiving, storing, using, staging and distribution of materials required for assembly of product. Responsibilities may also include manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, training and packaging and shipping of products.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

Pick parts/products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity

Physically and systemically receive/issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments

Fill kits and deliver to production as required, may use handcarts or forklifts

Process material against purchase orders and work orders using electronic material management system

Work with appropriate logistics and production personnel to resolve/prevent part shortages, perform cycle audits and physical inventory per schedule

Help reconcile inventory discrepancies and report discrepancies to Supervisor

Follow work procedures and schematics including complex instructions regarding duties to be performed

Perform manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets

Assist in the writing and/or developing of work procedures

Maintain daily production output

Follow all EHS and Quality policies and procedures Participates in quality control inspections when required

Maintain partnerships in job function with assembly, materials, logistics, and test teams across the manufacturing operations across all shifts while also improving quality and process efficiency with leadership

May train other team members when required

Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions,and employee activity teams​

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday from 4:30pm to 2:30amQualifications/Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

Ability to lift, transport, move and / or manipulate boxes or other materials up to 25 lbs

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
