Never had any sales experience? Not a problem, well teach you everything you need to be great. All you will have to bring is a smile and a deep passion for taking care of your customers. Everything else is easy.
Once hired, youll be introduced to a simple, high integrity sales process. In other words, youll work to get our customers what they actually need, instead of forcing something they dont want. And theyll love you for it!
Our appliance department is the busiest area in our store. Youll be joining a team of other professionals. By professionals, we mean theres no cut-throat tactics. Everyone will help you succeed because being helpful is a Core Value of ours, and its required you take our values seriously.
Here are the details of your new career:
Youll follow up with your customers before they have to follow up with you.
Youll participate in numerous product and sales trainings.
Youll impress your manager by following our Core Values. And that will make you eligible for promotions as we grow.
Youll work 51 hours a week, including nights and weekends because well, its retail sales and those are the times people like to shop.
Youll be incredibly well compensated for your time and skills.

Qualifications you need:
Youre going to have to be accurate and detail focused. Small errors turn into big problems for your customers!
You dont have to speak French or know calculus; just bring some people skills and a High School Diploma or GED.
Youll have to pass a standard background check.
