We are looking for an entry-level sales person to help us.
Our family-owned business has been operating in Amish country here in Indiana for decades, and as you probably understand, most of our 20,000 plus Amish customers cant be reached by phone. You have to go see them in person.
Here's what your job will be:
You will be paid for conducting a simple customer service call at each home on a specific list of our current customers each day. (We can train you to perform this service the morning of your first day.)
While you are there, you will ask a few questions to discern if the customer has a need/interest in one of our other products. You will record their answers and report them to the office right-away using an app on your smart phone. Our team will take it from there, and when customers make a purchase, you'll be paid a commission on that sale!
Income starting: 45-55k per year
Establish yourself with this starting role, and promotion and growth within our company can happen very fast.
We will personally train you in the field and make sure you are successful. For the right person, this role is actually pretty easy, and even fun to do!
