We are looking for a motivated maintenance person to assist with getting apartments ready to rent. Good communication skills, time management and promptness is a must. Work to be performed includes painting, moving furniture/appliances, light cleaning, installing flooring, repair of plumbing or HVAC issues and cabinet installation. Looking for 40 hrs/week for permanent employment. Pay will be based on knowledge and experience. Please contact Hala 562-476-9703 for more information.
