Adecco is working with a long-established, family owned construction equipment company in Wichita, KS to fill a Sales Manager position. This position offers generous compensation between $80,000 - $100,000 per year PLUS Bonus as well as a great benefits package. The selected candidate will be able to efficiently manage 6 sales representatives and direct and support the business to business sales. This candidate will also have operation experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to implement methods to improve sales and sales operations.
Responsibilities include:
Create effective methods and process for all sales efforts
Manage the sales team to deliver profitable growth
Create a culture of success that follows the companys values and beliefs
Promote incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
Prepare sales team with tools to measure results over time
Coordinate marketing and other support to finalize and execute sales
Achieve volume, margin and market share goals across assigned product lines
Develop and manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
Requirements:
5+ years of proven sales success
Valid drivers license with good driving record
