Alltrade Property Management is a property management company based out of Louisville, KY. We are rapidly expanding and are currently seeking motivated, self-sufficient maintenance technicians to work out of our corporate office in the Louisville area with any or all of the following skills:
JOB DUTIES:
Daily repair and upkeep of the property which can include basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting skills.
Repairing and treating structures such as the showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
Installing tub surrounds
Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping.
Preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain and/or make basic repairs.
Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program.
Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
Maintaining the required property uniform and insuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Keeping a clean work area, tools and equipment.
Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
Responsible to be available to work on an on-call basis as scheduled.
Securing the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every work day.
Responsible for all other duties as may be assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma
1+ year experience with general maintenance
Valid driver's license
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally move more than 100 lbs
