In-Home Caregiver Wanted

My dad currently lives alone in a 3br/3ba condo in Plainview. He has a few different health issues that make living on his own progressively less feasible. We are looking for someone to come in and assist him with laundry, doctor's appointments, medication, meals, his exercises, light house keeping (he has a regular cleaning person) and conversation. My dad does not have memory / dementia issues and is cognitively 100%. His issues revolve more around mobility. You would need to be fit enough to assist him up if he falls (he is not a large manapprox 130lbs). You will also need to have a valid driver's license (my dad has a car that can be used for shopping and appointments). We are looking for someone to come in 20 hours a week (5 days / week) and can pay $18-22 / hr. The condo has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room on a separate level from my dad's living space, so we are also considering the potential of someone living with him while also providing care as part of the package.
