Were seeking Sales people with outside B2B experience who are accustomed to running preset leads as well as generating their own leads. Account Executives at Merchant Lynx are only asked to SELL (tech support & customer service are handled in house).
Position Summary
The Sales Executive will attain a high level of success and results through a structured sales program with training activities, coaching and accountability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly activity and revenue goals.
Position Requirements
2 + years of contiguous business to business outside sales experience
Experience with meeting and exceeding a sales quota
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong Oral and Written Skills
Excellent Selling AND Closing Skills
Proficient with CRM and database applications
Creativity and Problem-Solving skills
Merchant Services, Insurance sales experience preferred but not required
Compensation
$83k - 165k First year
Commission, bonuses paid weekly
Residualspaid monthly
Performance based compensation
