Sales Representative (Roofing, Windows, & Siding)
A large remodeling company is looking for a sales representative with a background in roofing, windows, and siding. The representative should be familiar with one sit closing method. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and maintaining sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative, they will also research sales competition. There is also a potential promotion to sales management.
Job Duties Include:
Evaluating customers skills, needs and building long-lasting productive relationships

Meet personal and team sales targets
Follow through sales leads
Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial, statistical data
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements:
Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Experience working with CRM software
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven
High School Diploma or equivalent
Compensation: Commission based ($50,000-$150,000 per year)
