Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.About the RoleAs a Third-Shift Quality Engineer , you will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality systems, conduct quality audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also supervise the quality technicians and auditors assigned to your shift.Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures

Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Provide training on quality systems and procedures to employees

Support project management activities related to quality improvement initiatives

-Supervise assigned personnelWho we are looking forTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within an automotive manufacturing facility

Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)

Proficient in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
