This position can be located inMidland, MI or Sao Paulo, Brazil. Working under the direction of the Commercial Digital Content Marketing Leader, you will act as a subject matter expert for a content marketing capability aligned to our digital experience strategy.In this role you will collaborate across teams to identify opportunities and deliver customer-focused solutions, utilizing or creating tools and resources for implementation, adoption, and utilization. You are a self-starter and champion of best practices who will be responsible for managing activities across multiple businesses, regions and functions to ensure the most efficient and effective delivery. You will also be part of a broader digital team focused on leveraging and extending dow.com and other content marketing capabilities.Responsibilities

Helps to executes the Digital Experience strategy through our content marketing capabilities

Works closely with stakeholders to define strategies and activities required to reach their growth objectives

Ensures consistency across platform by following established guidelines and work processes

Organizes updates, routing, and production/delivery of projects

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align on digital and digital capability strategies

Leverages key metrics and tools to measure effectiveness of programs and activities

Manages the rollout and implementation of new capabilities, from work process to change management and training

Support documentation of workflow and requirements for new enhancements and capabilities

Works within agile methodology, own backlog of features and enhancements, ensuring quality of requirements and details are ready to handoff to development teams

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

PROCESS ORIENTATION: strong process perspective, understanding, and a constant desire for identifying and implementing continuous process improvements to deliver value, standardization, simplification, speed and innovation.

PLANNING & ORGANIZATION: ability to effectively plan key tasks, participate in medium to large global initiatives concurrently and balance multiple priorities without compromising existing service levels and customer satisfaction

COMMUNICATION: ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across organizations, geographies, functions, and at multiple levels; strong documentation, training and facilitation skills; able to translate complex, technical information into laymen’s terms

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMWORK: has strong organizational awareness, manages conflict constructively, values diversity and is capable of building positive relationships and collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines.

DRIVE: entrepreneurial mindset and initiative with strong bias-to action

CHANGE MANAGEMENT: a solid understanding of change management, resilient, and energized by frequent change; experience leading change initiatives is a plus.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
