Next Level Performance is looking for a highly qualified applicant to serve as our Director of Wrestling. We believe there is a high level of growth opportunity in the community to help better serve our local athletes with more opportunities in the sport of wrestling. It is highly recommended that potential candidates have experience in the sport of wrestling as a former athlete in the sport and as well with experience in coaching the sport of wrestling. Responsibilities:
Grow Sport Revenue
Mentor Coaches
Remove barriers for Coaches
Engage Coaches in mission
Teach our leadership curriculum
Develop and execute strategic plan for the sport
Outreach to the local community to engage them
Duties:
Weekly meeting pulse with Coaches communicate and engage
Build and execute marketing plan with Coaches
o Social Media
o Relationships with area leaders in sport
o Clinics, camps, MYWAY
o Gorilla tactics
o Pricing
Ensure leadership curriculum is being executed
Help source new coaches
Execute camps and clinics
Ensure a successful MYWAY program exists
Engage area HS and MS coaches and serve their needs
Focus on the athletes and meeting their needs
Other duties as assigned
Salary:
up to 37 - 45% of revenue (dependent on experience and staffing) + an administrative stipend
