2024 Jampot season
Employment opportunities are available at the Jampot Bakery located in Eagle Harbor Township, 3 Miles E of Eagle River and 5 miles W of Eagle Harbor on Highway M26 at Jacobs Falls.
We are looking for applicants to become a part of an inter-personal, collaborative work environment in a very unique setting.
Work includes the following:
Bakery (Day Shift): Bakery staff will be responsible for prepping, mixing, processing, and packaging items - ranging from: muffins, cookies, breads, and fruitcakes. All bakery employees must be able to follow our recipes. (Must be able to lift 50lbs.)
Dishwasher (Day Shift): Responsible for the cleaning and organization of bakery mixing bowls, pans, utensils, etc. (Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.)
About us
The Jampot is a boutique bakery, providing tasty treats to customers worldwide since 1985. We aim to provide a unique experience to our patrons, offering jams, jellies, confections, coffee, and bakery items - all produced in-house.
The Jampot is owned and operated by the monks of Holy Protection Monastery, and proceeds from the Jampot are used in the upkeep and maintenance of the monastery.
The Jampot is open seasonally, from May thru October. Work is from mid-April to mid-December.
Potential off-season deferred compensation benefit available to qualifying candidates.
