We have full-time positions available for individuals interested in joining our landscape construction, lawn irrigation, and snow removal team.
Landscape Foreman Position and Qualifications:
Full-time landscape, lawn irrigation system, and snow removal specialist
Minimum 3-years experience in related field
Class-A CDL and health card required
Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, carry, and lift heavy loads
Able to pass a drug screening
A qualified candidate is honest, hard-working, self-motivated, humble, team-oriented, punctual, and reliable
Able to communicate well with supervisor, other team members, and clients
Can lead other team members by example and encourage productivity by coordinating workflow and
working together
Has experience in hardscape installations and is able to figure basic calculations to set grade
Able to track daily project progress, hours, and material usage
Must have extended experience in operation of skid-steer and mini-excavator
Able to perform daily and weekly maintenance checks on equipment and vehicles
Is available for long hours year-around
Must be career-minded and seeking potential long-term employment
Pay is based on experience and qualifications

40+ hours/week during landscape season, variable hours during winter season
