Property Management company looking to hire 2 lawn mowing positions. We need a crew leader and a general mowing position filled. We currently mow 3-4 days a week and do landscape / grounds maintenance projects (i.e. power washing, painting, landscape planting, mulch, etc.) the other 1-2 days a week. We typically do not work on the weekends unless the weather forces us to. All of our accounts are irrigated and well manicured. We are looking for detail oriented, self motivated people to fill these positions. The crew lead must have experience in professional lawn care. You need to have a clean driving record and be able to get your D.O.T. health card and be proficient at driving a truck and trailer (backing up), have experience with zero turn mowers, be able to track and log your work/job hours, manage another employee, and be dependable! The general mowing position does not need experience but it is preferred. We will train you with our equipment. You must be able to be on your feet for a majority of the day, lift 50+ pounds, pay attention to details, and be dependable.
