Green Mill Restaurant General Manager
JOIN THE TEAM! The Green Mill Restaurant in New Ulm is now accepting applications for a full-time restaurant General Manager. Green Mill is an award-winning, successful Midwestern chain focused on providing guests the best restaurant experience possible. Our mission is to consistently serve extraordinary food and beverage with genuine service and a dash of local flavor. You will have the support of a regional manager, corporate headquarters, and a marketing team to continue to grow this restaurant.
Requirements and Qualifications for General Manager:
1-2 years full-service restaurant and bar management experience preferred
Achieves budgeted revenues and expenses, maximizing profitability.
Makes contributions as a member of the Best Western Plus and Green Mill team; improves himself/herself, the Organization and its image in any way possible.
Meet and exceeds the highest standards and expectations of franchisors.
Develops, gains approval or and implements budgets for his/her responsibility.
Experience in scheduling and labor control.
Ability and interest in hiring, training, and developing staff.
Great customer service skills
Review and evaluates daily events and works closely with the sale department.
Coordinates special promotions to attract business.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to take initiative and lead the team
ServSafe Certification is a plus but not a requirement
