Cardigan Donuts is the Twin Citys premier craft donut experience and coffee shop located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.
We are looking for a new Executive Pastry Chef to oversee all bakery operations. As Executive Chef, you will preside over an experienced team of full time career minded pastry chefs known for producing some of the most innovative donuts in the Twin Cities.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
Can begin within the next 30 days
Culinary Degree, and passion for donuts, pastries, and creativity
At least 3-5 years of progressive kitchen management experience, including sous or executive positions.
Have experience working traditional bakery hours (i.e. overnight)
Experience hiring / managing staff and executing planned budgets
Compensation will be tailored to your experience and can be structured to include, salary, bonus, health care, parking, and potential equity opportunity.
