moto-i ramen and sake house is hiring for a couple of positions. We are looking to hire people who are interested in working hard, having fun with us and growing as individuals in our culture we've created. moto-i is a fast past environment, so we're looking to hire individuals who are positive and like being busy! Server Position: Server applicants must have at least 3 years of serving experience. moto-i is an incredibly fast paced and busy environment. Servers should expect to experience high volume regularly and consider their service style 'organized'. moto-i is a three level establishment so comfortability going up and down stairs throughout the shift is also to be considered. Servers should be available for at least four shifts a week. moto-i is also open until 2am, so please keep that in mind when applying.
Wait Assistant Position: Wait Assistants are assistants to the servers, kitchen and bar. This position is a hybrid of bar-backing, food running and bussing. Restaurant experience is preferred but not necessarily required if you have other experience in fast paced high volume environments.
Server/Bartender Position: moto-i is hiring two bartender server hybird positions. Three years of bartending and serving experience in a high volume fast paced environment is required. Proper bar knowledge and the ability to adapt to a new menu quickly is also expected.
