This role does NOT require an extensive network of connections to draw from.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with social media apps/platforms such as (LinkedIn, Facebook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, (Phone and Zoom)
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Ability to follow a proven sales system and receiving training and guidance.
Ability to follow a proven sales system while receiving training and guidance.
Experience with Personal Development considered a strong asset.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Create ad content for social media and other marketing initiatives.
Generate leads from various social media outlets.
Interview candidates through a structured format.
Work independently and remotely from your desired location that has connectivity.
Train new team members followed a structed training and development process.
