Property Manager needed for a small property in Albert Lea, MN. This is a part time position with 15 - 20 hours per week. The ideal employee will be flexible with hours. Must contract/hire maintenance, lawn care, snow removal and cleaning of the exterior of the property and interiors of the building. The ideal candidate will market, advertise and lease apartments per company policy and procedures and be the contact for all residents.
Must have at least one year building management or property management experience. This could turn into a full time position by adding a second property, should the candidate be willing to commute.
