The Marine Lot Advisor (Service) maintains the order of all the units on the lot, assisting the Marine department to ensure the process runs timely and efficiently from start to finish while being properly documented.
Unload and inspect all boat units delivered for any damage on the product. Report results to Marine Parts & Service Manager.
Transport boat loads to correct location and keep proper documentation of all moves.
Keep inventory clean of snow and water.
Unwrap units for the show floor or if requested by a customer.
Verify that sold units get transported to Detail and the Detail department has proper documentation.
Ensure trade units once through Service department get properly detailed.
Clean the interior and exterior of marine products.
Maintain rotation of metal container and 30yd waste container.
Maintain order and organization of the marine lot.
Maintain the professional appearance of the department by ensuring the cleanliness of the department, including, but not limited to, emptying garbages, sweeping, mopping, cleaning debris from the lot, etc.
Participate in all training programs that are made available.
Maintain and execute health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures at all times. Including, but not limited to company expectations, state and federal laws, OSHA, Red Flags, Privacy and OFAC.
Keep track of marine vehicles maintenance. Trucks, Bobcats, & Tractors.
Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
