Location is negotiable in Montana, Nebraska & South Dakota Service TerritoriesQUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
Bachelor Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field of study; an equivalent combination of years of experience and education may be considered
At least two years of related experience
Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
Proficient with firewall technologies
Good working understanding of networking
Understanding of cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures
Proficient in mobile computing strategies
Ability to work required hours including evenings and weekends in response to service need; including participating in on-call rotation
Ability to travel to meetings, training, and conferences (up to 15% travel per year)
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Configure and support security solutions
Train users on good security awareness
Research and implement new security systems, devices and platforms
Research, manage and implement threat hunting, detection and remediation technologies
Audit security events related to critical services and systems
Troubleshoot security and complex technical issues
Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives
Full-time position.$62,900 - $135,200 annually, depending on experience.
