Roberts Robinson Chevrolet Buick GMC is currently seeking two full time Automotive Sales Consultants for our store located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. If you have a Sales background from another field, we are willing to train you! We are looking for people who are able to use technology, self-starters, quick to learn, and have an awesome customer service attitude.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Be the vehicle expert. Know and demonstrate product offerings, optional packages & latest technology in the showroom or on the road
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
- Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
- Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle
- Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
- Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Five day work week, Saturdays required
- Outgoing friendly personality; a people person"
- Strong Interpersonal & communications, in person & over the phone
- High quality customer service skills. Motivated to follow up with customers & owner base
- Persuasive & be able to overcome customer objections
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Team oriented, commitment to the job, and a strong work ethic
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
- Prior Sales experience is a plus (cars, cellular, retail, etc.)
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver's license and clean driving record
