Residential Heating & Cooling company - looking for technicians to perform evaluations of heating and cooling systems. Based off of your findings, advise our homeowners on how to properly maintain their systems or if the system has areas of concern, which way to avoid untimely breakdowns or system failures. These conversations will lead to repairs and replacements of systems. This position is for an individual that is comfortable talking with homeowners patiently and answering their question, if your a great tech but struggle to get repairs authorized please look for our standard service technician position. We are currently hiring a sales driven technician that can make repairs, while keeping the installers busy. If you can perform at a high level, meeting and exceeding monthly budgets for your position you will be rewarded for your performance.
