Property Manager Position available for the Hickory Trace Apartments in St. Ann and Shannon Fox Apartments in Jennings. The Hickory Trace Apartments is a 126 unit community located in St. Ann and the Shannon Fox Apartments is a 46 unit community located in Jennings. The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm and may require some evening and weekend hours.
The Property Manager is responsible for:
maximizing occupancy levels and property values
building team committed to the success of the property
effectively manage, motivate, and coordinate persons, activities, and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives
LIHTC experience is helpful
Pay rate is based on experience.
