Live onsite in 2016 14 x 48 mobile home with office and 1-bedroom and manage day-to-day activities of 170 unit self storage facility. Pay depends on experience. Good opportunity for someone with a home based business or on a fixed income. Must be personable and have handi-person skills and be self motivated.
Typical duties include;
1) Filling out leases with new renters
2) Daily Inspections
3) Sweeping out Vacant Units
4) Cleaning Driveways
5) Shoveling Snow
6) Pulling Weeds
7) Picking up Trash
8) Being Nice to Customers
Non-Smoking, No Pets.
Utilities are at your expense.
