JOB OVERVIEW:
The Concierge is positioned at the front entrance of the Club and greet all members, guests and visitors with a consistently high degree of friendliness and enthusiasm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
1. High Diploma or equivalent
2. Previous customer service experience
3. Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook)
Desired:
1. College coursework or degree
2. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort
3. Working knowledge of Club software (Jonas and Open Table)

Essential:
Highly organized and flexible
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Self-starter; able to carry out diverse duties with minimal supervision

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintains current information on all activities, events and food & beverage offerings to provide comprehensive and accurate information to members and guests
Answers questions and makes reservations for members and guests for internal and external community restaurants and venues
Takes reservations and provides check-in/out assistance for members/guests with lodging through Spanish Peaks
Assists with luggage or assigns to another staff member
Assists Member Services Manager with written collateral to describe programs, activities and events at the Club and in the community
Performs all special member and guest requests, or immediately contacts the appropriate staff member to assist with the request
Performs other duties to ensure flawless member & guest service, not necessarily included in this description
SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide support to other departments during special events
Other duties as assigned by the Member Services Manager and other members of the Senior Management Team as deemed appropriate
