Event Staff
The face and muscle for events and are responsible for answering the general questions of the patrons and the maintenance of the venues cleanliness. In addition to Security Staff, Event Staff are key in keeping policy enforced.
Ticketing
This position is equal to Event Staff and is a required cross train
You are the first point of contact for the public. Please be informed about the current events and future events, our policy, Ticketfly and Square POS.
General Expectations A big part of our image is our friendly and attentive staff along with our sleek and uncluttered atmosphere. Aim to be proud of where you work. Please suggest topics and concerns that you think will improve the environment to any lead. We are working to improve this awesome space daily and are open to your and the patrons opinions and concerns.
Scheduling
The hiring process will start soon with training and scheduling starting in the end of March and beginning of April.
We schedule out two weeks for On Call positions and we cannot guarantee any amount of hours due to the nature of the industry. Most shifts average between 6:30pm - 1:00am and vary in intensity between rushes and lulls.
All shift postings and important notes are in Orbital Shift online or in the APP. Here you can set up text alerts for cover requests, submit your unavailability, check who is Lead/MOD, see if there is family dinner. If you cannot make a shift, post a cover request as early as possible. If no one is available to cover, you are still responsible for you shift, therefore it is very important to post your unavailability as far out as you can.
