LC Staffing Kalispell is partnering with a local bank to hire an Accounting Representative.
This position is open to entry-level candidates and experienced banking candidates. This person will be responsible for assisting customers with their accounts, handling any inquiries and concerns, processing incoming/outgoing money, and reconciling general ledgers. Depending on experience, other duties may be required, such as maintaining investment transactions and assisting the CFO with annual budget preparation.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
One year of customer service experience.
Must be bondable.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; maintenance of moderately complex formulas.
Professional, organized, and reliable.
Prior banking experience helpful.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Starting wages depend on experience, benefits offered.
