Small, family oriented Assisted Living Facility in East Missoula needs attentive, caring and dependable Care Assistants. We have new Administration and a renovated facility Our Care Assistants provide necessary care to our residents ie., cooking, serving meals, light housekeeping, some personal cares and laundry. This is a great place to work with lots of staff incentives. PTO and sick time accrual to full time staff. Staff are encouraged to participate in meals to provide a home environment. Laundry is free to staff! Aflac insurance and after 90 days of employment, staff are eligible for payday advances with prior approval and we have other staff driven incentive programs. We are a tight team We work hard to provide a quality driven home environment. We work 4 days on and 4 days off. Starting wage is $9.25-$9.75 per hour with pay increase in 90 days. We currently are looking for Day/Evening (7am to 5pm), (4pm-10pm) and Graveyard shifts (10pm to 8am). Overtime is available as needed. Required criminal background check. Must be 18 years old to apply. Must have reliable transportation, be able to cook a variety of meals and have an eye for detail.
