As a Road Call Center Agent, you will:
- Assist drivers over the phone and via other communication devices with technical questions pertaining to the breakdown or damage of equipment.
- Determine the appropriate steps to ensure both the driver and equipment are safely removed from the road, if necessary.
- Examine locations of maintenance facilities to determine which would be closest to the site of the breakdown.
- Communicate with operations department to reassign load to ensure on-time delivery.
- Obtain estimates, provide repair approvals and update repair statuses.
- Issue payments to vendors as needed.
We are looking for someone with proficient computer skills, excellent communication, and previous call center experience. Previous mechanical experience is a plus but is not required. This position requires quick thinking and problem solving. If you enjoy a fast paced environment and are quick and accurate in problem solving, then we want to hear from you!
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday; 7:00 am - 5:30 pm or Wednesday - Saturday; 8:00 am - 6:30 pm.
