OVERNIGHT SWEEPER: Rate of pay is $10.50 per hour to start with a 30 day review.
This is a 10 hour per night graveyard shift position. This is a full time position working 4 10 hour nights.
Must be able to work weekends.
You will work with a partner. Using a sweeper truck cleaning the parking lot of all debris. Working on commercial properties you will be required to switch trash bags, remove debris from driveways, landscaping and sidewalks, report any issues to your supervisor and be reliable. Blowing curbs with backpack blower at retail centers around Las Vegas.
OUTSIDE DAY PORTER: Starts at $10.50 per hour. Full time position. Vehicle and supplies provided
Working at outside retail strip malls or office parks performing the following duties:
Removing trash liners and replacing with new
Wiping down top of trash can lids,Empty ash trays,Sweep up trash items, cups, wrapper, cigarettes or any other debris off the sidewalk and parking curbs. Picking up any large items in parking lot, spot checking the landscaping Cleaning dumpster enclosures Hauling away debris from enclosures
Maintenance
Job duties will change from day to day, must be able to be flexible and open to any project you may be asked to do, a "Can Do" Attitude.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Hauling, parking lot sweeping, outside portering, drywall repair, ceiling tile and light bulb replacement and janitorial. Will also include carpet cleaning, VCT, and tile cleaning. Power washing is also something that could be asked of you.
