Maintenance Technician needed for beautiful Ovation community.
Strong knowledge of GE appliances and Universal EPA certification, a must, applicants without both will not be considered. Working weekends required.
Great benefits with a rent discount. Working knowledge of grounds/common area maintenance, appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation. Must be HVAC certified with a strong working knowledge of HVAC. CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified. Already having your CPO certification is a plus! Must be able to be on call after hours at least 3 days out of the week. Attend all Ovation Property management maintenance training. Working weekends will be required. Must have reliable transportation. Drug Testing required and Background check is mandatory
