Process, cut, and package Sushi and food products
Maintaining cleanliness of the work and storage area
Check product temperature to ensure freshness and quality
Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Deliver sushi products to stores and hotel customers
Communicate effectively and respond to questions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without aid
Good driving record
Some data entry and office work
Qualifications
- Food preparation, cooking, food service, and food handling experience
- Restaurant and kitchen experience
- Culinary background with knowledge of meal preparation and menu planning
- Knife skills and food industry knowledge
- Dietary department and dietary aide experience
- Familiarity with catering and serving
- Possession of Food Handler Certification
