Hi, happy 2019! SOAK just won ANOTHER Best of Reno for our Nails and Cocktails experience. Come join us for full or part-time hours. We do all the marketing and booking, you just practice your craft. SOAK does not have a non compete clause. We offer hourly pay+tips, legal W-2 status. Ethical Ownership for our staff is our priority, This includes annual raises, yoga memberships, flexible schedules, free education, staff appreciation and proper categorization of our employees. This means all taxes are properly paid and handled with W-2 status to help you buy that house or car and ensure your future. SOAK meets our legal and financial obligation to our employees. SOAK pays into your Social Security, Medicare and all other state and local taxes. We have a robust workers compensation plan to ensure the safety of our staff. We focus on gel polish, pedicures, and manicures. We do not do acrylic nails (but refer those out to our former SOAK staff:-).
