The individual who will serve as a Legal Writer at NPZ Law Group will be responsible for the following job functions:

Prepare elaborate responses to USCIS - Request for Evidences and DOL “ Audit Requests. Research current cases laws and supporting regulations.

Translate complex terminology into accessible, compelling and relevant content for complex petitions.

Coordinate, initiate and manage immigration cases with clients to ensure compliance, optimal processing timeline and maximum efficiency

Maintain system records to ensure accurate and timely information/documentation is passed to the clients

Draft supporting letters and forms, manage client communications, work independently and interact with government officials to move cases forward.

Perform legal research as needed.

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

Create case strategy and work closely with Attorneys on writing projects

Work closely with members of the legal team to ensure the accuracy of all information.

Apply excellent proofreading and editing skills to case-writing content and other materials.

Research, analyze and write complex employment based and family based immigration cases

Effectively communicates with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues, identify client immigration solutions and understand current client activity.

Must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Law or related degree with 2-3 years of experience in related field.
