Position Overview:

The Guest Experience department ensures service excellence through building memorable connections and relationships with our guests. This department and position has a direct impact on the overall guest experience, and is responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction for the entire duration of a guest's stay.

The Job:

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Greets guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring all guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough

Responsible for the accurate check-in and checkout processes Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments

Compiles daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized systems

Maintains knowledge of all hotel services and local activities to respond to inquiries accurately

Works closely with other departments to ensure that all complimentary and high-end amenity offerings provided are consistent with the agreed upon arrangements

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Previous Front Desk Hotel experience strongly preferred

Superior service and interpersonal skills required

Basic computer skills are required. Knowledge of Opera PMS or Rover PMS helpful

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
