Upscale, Ocean Front Restaurant looking to expand its team.
We have openings for Hosts/Hostesses, Servers, Backwaiters, Bussers, Foodrunners and Bartenders
HOST/HOSTESSES
Requirements:
Outgoing, fashionable, articulate, pleasant, has no problem smiling
Able to work under pressure (reservations, phone calls, open table)
Flexible hours (able to work some holidays and weekends)
Experience is a plus but not required
Extremely professional and punctual
Duties:
Greeting and seating guests
Taking reservation requests, handling guest concerns
Assisting to ensure smooth FOH operations
Knowledge of Open Table is a plus
SERVERS
Candidate must have a strong hospitality background with the passion and ability to execute a la carte service with consistency and grace in a high volume restaurant.
Wine knowledge is a plus.
The ideal candidate would have MINIMUM 2 years server experience, be hospitality-minded, enthusiastic, and possesses a solid working knowledge of food.
BACKWAITERS, BUSSERS AND FOODRUNNERS
Candidate must have a strong hospitality background with the passion and ability to execute fine dining a la carte service with consistency and grace in a high volume restaurant.
Wine knowledge is a plus.
The ideal candidate must have MINIMUM 1 year restaurant experience, be hospitality-minded and enthusiastic.
BARTENDERS
For Restaurant
Good cocktail and wine knowledge required.
MINIMUM of 2 years bar and/or restaurant EXPERIENCE required
