Training and Development Specialist

Health Lynks LLC, Pine Brook, NJ, is looking for a Training and Development Specialist to design and conduct work-related training and development programs to improve employees’ skills and organizational performance for the company and its affiliates in mid-eastern countries. Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers. Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides, such as handouts or visual materials. Design, plan, and organize orientation and training programs for employees. Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. Salary: $104853/y. Requirements: B.A.in English Language or Communication plus 5 years of experience in designing training materials and employee relations. Experience in HR from mid-eastern countries.
