TANZ, Inc. established in 1982 is a Irrigation, Landscape Lighting and Snow Services Company based in New Jersey. We have a large customer database and are dedicated to exceptional customer service along with responsive, profitable, professional service delivery every day.
We are currently looking for an outgoing, friendly individual who is interested in working in our fast paced Customer Service / Appointment Scheduling Department. No previous irrigation experience is required for this position. Training will be provided.
Those with experience in call centers or customer service are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, and changing appointments within our database.
- Confirming appointments and follow-up by using phone, email and text messaging.
- Receiving and making a high volume of calls
- Basic knowledge of computers, including Word and Excel
Qualifications
Attention to detail is very important. Qualified applicants should have high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills and professional appearance.
We are open from Monday Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is possibility of Saturday hours once a month and there is plenty of overtime available. Please send a current resume to be considered for this position.
