Plant Operations Assistant Rio Rancho, NM

This position will assist with overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance. Additional duties will include electrical/plumbing work, light construction, and coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. HVAC certification a plus. Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred.
