Working Construction Manager
Must have good computer skills, as well as written and verbal skills. Extensive knowledge of building and construction codes as well as safety laws and regulations, must be able to deal with employees, customers and subcontractors in a firm, but pleasant manner to keep the jobs on track and have good problem solving skills. Must have an unrestricted drivers license, pass a drug test and be able to inspect job sites, heights and structures.
Must be able, as needed to fill in on the crew. Knowledge of metal buildings a plus.
